6. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to certain features or masterclasses may require payment. All fees are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us or our payment processors to charge your designated payment method.
6.2 Billing
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your Account.
6.3 Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pernokid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
